Theresa Querrard Bernier began her real estate career in St. Thomas, United States Virgin Islands.  As a former mortgage loan underwriter and assistant mortgage manager of one of the largest banks in the Caribbean, she has approved and managed multi-million dollar residential and commercial contracts, including the processing and approval of Veterans’ home purchases and new construction mortgages.
